A leading technology company have a number of exciting opportunities for individuals who can fluently speak English AND one of the following languages- Swedish, Norwegian or Danish to join their multinational Customer Intelligence Team on a 6 month contract- based in Dublin.You will be part of the world s most complete, open, and integrated business software and hardware systems company, responsible for gathering customer information through various outbound campaigns across various European markets. RESPONSIBILITIES:The Customer Intelligence Team is responsible for the first step in the sales cycle and kick starts a shorter and stronger sales process by: Identifying and understanding customers�?? needs and key business issues. Gathering customer information through outbound campaigns for all European markets.Researching and understanding companies structures, organisational charts and business lines. Analysing and mapping I.T. infrastructure.
Skills Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment. Willingness to work in a dynamic, multinational, fast-paced environment. The ability to contribute to a shared goal together with others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer interaction experience, call centre or similar is advantageous.Fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian or Danish.
